Your dashboard is ready. Connect it to your Google Sheet in 3 steps and leads will appear automatically.

1. Create a Google Sheet with columns: Date Name Email Phone Source Event Type Event Date Budget Status Booking Value Notes
2. Share the sheet publicly (View only) and copy the Sheet ID from its URL — it's the long string between /d/ and /edit
3. Open this file in a text editor, find SHEET_ID = '' near the top of the script, and paste your Sheet ID inside the quotes. Save and re-upload to Webflow.
